Extra" quality of porcini mushrooms (boletus edulis and family) carefully selected, sliced and dried. To better prepare them for use, they should be left in warm water for at least 10/15 minutes. Once they have amortized, they should be drained. Ideal in the preparation of first courses (risotto, pasta) and second courses (e.g. escalopes) to which the porcini mushrooms give an unmistakable flavour. Once opened the bag it is advisable to keep them in a glass jar with airtight closure.
